Where Nebraska Football Team’s Matt Rhule Landed in the Big Ten Coach Rankings

The start of the 2024 college football season is just around the corner, and with it a new look for the Big Ten Conference. The league has added Oregon, UCLA, USC and Washington for the upcoming campaign.

A list from Tom Fornelli of CBS Sports recently ranked the 18 coaches in the conference. Nebraska’s Matt Rhule was in the middle of the pack.

This will be Rhule’s second season in Lincoln after going 5-7 last year. Nebraska is his third stop as a college coach after a four-year stint at Temple and a three-year stint at Baylor.

During his time at both schools, he won a division title including an American Athletic Conference conference title at Temple in 2016.

Nebraska kicks off the 2024 season on Saturday, August 31 at 2:30 p.m. when the Huskers host UTEP at Memorial Stadium. Below are the latest CBS Sports rankings.
