Badgers Recruiting: Majority Believe 2025 Class Will Be Better Than 2024

The Wisconsin Badgers have assembled a strong recruiting class for the 2025 cycle. They used the official visit period to land the majority of their targets, bringing their total to over 20 commitments.

This gives the Badgers one of the best recruiting classes in the country, marking the second year in a row they have accomplished this feat after also having a strong class in 2024.

With Wisconsin’s recruiting efforts continuing to grow and some of its younger players getting more opportunities over the years, our last Reacts post asked which recruiting class would ultimately be better in the long run.

Interestingly, 57 percent of fans believe the 2025 class will be better than the 2024 class, as both cycles focus heavily on certain positions.

With the 2024 class, Wisconsin went in search of offensive linemen, running backs, defensive linemen and defensive backs.

In the class of 2025, Wisconsin focused primarily on offensive linemen, linebackers (both inside and outside) and defensive backs.

Some of the top recruits in the 2024 class include four-star offensive tackle Kevin Heywood, four-star defensive lineman Ernest Willor, four-star running back Dilin Jones and four-star interior offensive lineman Emerson Mandell.

As for the 2025 class, some of the top prospects include four-star linebacker Mason Posa, four-star offensive lineman Hardy Watts, four-star offensive lineman Logan Powell and four-star receiver Eugene Hilton.
