Winners of the State Fair Food Frenzy 2024 announced

MINOT, ND (KXNET) — The winners of this year’s Food Frenzy at the North Dakota State Fair have been announced.

During this competition, the food stalls at the fair are judged by both enthusiasts and visitors of the fair. They try to find the most unique and tasty treats on the fairground.

The Food Frenzy is divided into three separate categories (drinks, entrees, and desserts), and an overall grand champion is then chosen from among the champions. Below is a list of every runner-up and winner in the 2024 competition.

Second Place: Butterfly Lemonade by Prairie Sky Breads

Winner – Tropical Snakebite Lemonade, from Meg-A-Latte Coffee House

Tasty temptation

Second Place: Bacon Wrapped Chicken on a Stick, from Sue Sue’s Concessions

Winner: Rick’s Pickle Pizza, from R&J Concessions

Sugar sensation

Second Place: No Bake Cheesecake, from Memories of Home by Becky

Winner – Cotton Candy Crunch Soft Serve, by Your Just Desserts

Overall Grand Champion
