For a limited time, you can buy an Apple product tax-free in eight US states

Every year we have tax-free holidays, and if you live in one of the eight select states, Than You’re in luck, because you’re eligible to purchase a qualifying Apple product tax-free for a limited time. The tax-free period varies by state. The following states are eligible for tax-free purchases of Apple products, along with their tax-free periods:

• Alabama: July 19-21
• Arkansas: August 3-4
• Florida: July 29-August 11
• Massachusetts: August 10-11
• Missouri: August 2-4
• Ohio: July 30-August 8
• Tennessee: July 26-28
• West Virginia: August 2-5

Additionally, the list of eligible Apple products varies by state. This includes, but is not limited to, Macs, iPads, iPhones, and accessories. If your state qualifies for tax-free purchases, you can visit Apple’s “Sales Tax-Free Holiday 2024” page and expand your state’s section to see which Apple products qualify for tax-free purchases. Buying a new Apple device during the tax-free season is a great way to save some money for to buy extra accessories, especially if there are many students go back to school next month.
