Only Kobe King to Penn State Football

Kobe King arrived at Penn State in 2021 with his twin brother Kalen. After redshirting the 2021 season, he appeared in all 13 games of the 2022 season, recording 41 tackles and four tackles for loss.

King earned the starting position as Penn State’s middle linebacker for the 2023 season and finished the season with 59 tackles, six tackles for loss, 1.5 sacks and a fumble recovery. He was named honorable mention to the 2023 All-Big Ten team. King returns this season to lead a talented but relatively inexperienced linebacker corps. Don’t be surprised if he is named a team captain for the 2024 season.

Only 41 days until Penn State’s season opener against West Virginia!
