Pin not showing on map – help!

As the title suggests, the pin is missing from the map, making it difficult for our customers to find our building.

See the attached image. Only a black box with an image placeholder is displayed.

After reading the OSM Forum I suspect the plugin is outdated: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/openstreetmap-marker-not-showing/

For the website itself, I only have access to the builder, which has limited options for the OSM plugin. Things like coordinates, map types, size, distance, anchor, class name, and onClick JS event all didn’t help.
